1. How do i order the monthly maintenance?

You can order your monthly maintenance easily, by sending the update request form. Forms recived up to the 10th will be uploaded for the coming month, otherwide will be included the following month.

2. What are the updates included in the maintenance?

• Contact data
• Content text
• Photographs

3. What is not included in the maintenance?

• Web site design
• Fash animations

If you need any other change you can order it at an additional cost.

4. How can i make the monthly payment?

You can pay trough paypal, or bank transference. The bill will be sended to you by e-mail at the begining of the month.

5. I don't have any images or logo for my website, can Coolsites help me?

Of course we can help you. We will provide you some pictures and a simple logo with no additional cost.

6. What if i want special services as flash animations, banners, forms, etc?

It's posible to add special services or more mailboxes at an additional cost.
